Scholarships

To be considered for a scholarship all students must complete a FAFSA and the School of Education Scholarship Interest Form (coming soon). You can contact the Cal Poly, Financial Aid Office for more information regarding the requirements for the FAFSA. Most scholarships are awarded by the School of Education based on the requirements of the donor and on student eligibility determined by financial aid. One scholarship, Laura E. Settle Scholarship, is awarded by the Financial Aid Office based on additional required documents, such as a written essay specifically for that scholarship, please contact them for more information. [Note that due to the poor state of the economy, some scholarships are not listed as they will not be allocated until further notice.]

School of Education Scholarship Interest Form

The School of Education Scholarship Interest form allows us to know what scholarships you are interested in as well as those you are eligible for. Our form allows us to collect the additional information that is needed to ensure and verify eligibility. Although the interest form is not required to be eligible for scholarships, it does however help our office during the allocation process. If you have any questions regarding the interest form please contact the Credential Office at 756-2126 or at soe@calpoly.edu.
